Hi Dolls! What would you do if this was possible? The sky's the limit right? Life is way to short not to strive to be the ultimate best! Today is the day you ask yourself if not now ....when..... Don't be your worst enemy.....your workout is not something you have to do....it should be something you want to do. The reasons you workout are personal, as a personal trainer, its finding the right motivation that speaks to your individual needs that can be tricky. Being healthy is really the ultimate reason we all should workout, but lets be honest.....Dolls want to look hot. Nothing wrong with self pride.... let me know what motivates you to be the best Doll ever!

Lye on floor with legs hip width apart - hands behind head - elbows wide - chin up
Crunch and lift R leg over L ankle. Return R leg to starting position - repeat 20 x's
Change legs....
