20 Jumping jax
30 Burpees w/ pushup
40 Abs
50 Squat jumps

3-5 x's

Tone it up Tuesday


Happy Tuesday Dolls! The Best things do take time and effort, but every once in a while we can have the best thing for less time with a little more effort. This workout is one of those things.
