Happy Halloween!!!


Happy Halloween Dolls! Here is a little "treat" for a quick and to the point workout! Do each set as quickly as possible.

20 Jumping jax
30 Burpees w/ pushup
40 Abs
50 Squat jumps

3-5 x's
