Tone it up Thursday!

Hi Dolls! Today Spring has arrived here in our Beautiful Beach Town.....its sunny and 75. Spring cleaning, gardening and Bikini days are being added to our "to-do list". 

I've got a ma - jor butt kicker to add to your workout..... can't be rockin that bikini if you neglect those workouts....

Butt Bridge March! Butt bridge position "marching feet" alternating with the emphasis on hamstring and gluteus.

Butt Bridge Swing! Butt bridge position swinging hips from side to side. 

Butt bridge position - hips high - feet shoulder width apart - 
25 butt bridges
25 butt bridge march
25 butt bridge swing

repeat 2 x's
