Tone it up Thursday!

Happy Thursday Dolls! Todays tone it up tip is the tried and true burpee..... it will kick your butt every time! We only get 1 chance at today, so lets shake it up a bit just for fun......

There is the basic burpee...down - out - push-up - in - jump = 1

The lateral burpee...down - out to the side - in - jump - down - out to the other side - in - jump = 1

Then the jack/mt. climber burpee...down - out - push-up - mt. climber - in - jump - jack = 1

Do each exercise 25 x's with as little rest as possible between  x 3

Go kick it!!!
