Tone it up Tuesday!

Hi Dolls! Today's moves are BIG explosive energy.....We are doing 5 moving frog jumps, 5 burpees with a push up, 5 jax floor touch jacks, and 25 X abs. Aim for 5 sets, with as little rest as possible. Set your timer and record each sets times. XOXO

  2. Jax floor touch is a jumping jack that you touch the floor instead of bringing your arms over your head.

    X ab is laying on your back - arms and legs extended to form a X with your body. Bring opposite arm/leg over center of body and crunch - repeat other side - that is 1 rep
