Happy Friday!
Happy Friday Dolls! I'm SOOO looking forward to the weekend. Friends, Football, Puppies, Parties, Shopping, and of course Workouts, all make for FUN but will require planning to make sure each activity is enjoyed to the fullest. Here is a workout to help kick it quickly and efficiently! So work hard and play BIG!
5 Sets
10 Burpees
20 Squats
30 Wt. scissors
2 Sets
25 Burpees w/push-up
25 Mt. Climbers
25 Jack w/floor touch
25 Sumo squat jumps
25 Crab toe touches
25 Plank torso rotations
